By accessing or using the Services, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Description of Services
Voicecon AI provides AI-powered solutions to automate customer support and improve business operations. These Services include, but are not limited to:
AI Voice Agents: Automated voice interactions for inbound and outbound calls, customer support, and appointment scheduling.
AI Text Chatbots: Automated text-based interactions for websites, social media, and messaging platforms.
Support and Maintenance: Ongoing support, updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
3. Account Registration and Use

4.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
4.4. Voicecon AI reserves the right to change its pricing and payment terms at any time, with prior notice to you.
5. Use of Services
5.1. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. You are responsible for the content of your communications using the Services. You agree not to use the Services to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
5.3. You shall not:
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code of the Services.
Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VOICECON AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOICECON AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Voicecon AI harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Voicecon AI may terminate these Terms and your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate these Terms by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
Voicecon AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
